Based on our extensive experience in executing implementations, ISProjects has developed a project methodology on the basis of best practice processes.
In the analysis phase, the process is analysed and “mapped” in terms of a best practice process with the aid of a “fit-gap” analysis. The outcome is a system blueprint with a list of items that require adjusting during the realisation of the best practice process.
Realisation & training phase
In this phase the detail parametrization of the system and the interfaces is carried out. Furthermore, recognition of the invoices is further optimised based on the invoices of the customer, and optional e-Invoicing is implemented. Also, the application administrators of the customer are trained in this phase, according to the train-the-trainer principle.
Go-live & Support
After the live date the consultants of ISProjects will be periodically present during the first 2 weeks in order to provide on-site support and to answer any questions. Following official acceptance, the system is transferred to the support organisation.
