As standardized as possible with a piece of highly efficient customized work

During the project, however, we found a need to perform customized work given the Asian descent of our products. Back then, this led to some delay in the implementation process, but retrospectively, this little bit of customized work has provided us with a huge advantage. Thanks to his efforts, Shimano has managed to reach the most optimal alignment for matching. In addition, the complex interface has been yielded excellently with support from our partner Cadran. Shimano has to deal with many different and daily changing currencies. It requires thorough knowledge of the interface to process this correctly within JD Edwards. Cadran has certainly demonstrated its value herein.”
Efficiency through automatic matching and clear audit trail
“In particular the automatic matching of purchase invoices saves us incredible amounts of time. We are a growing business and thanks to digital invoicing there was no need to expand our team. Furthermore, the auditors are very pleased with the clear audit trail and statements we present them with. Finally, there are positive responses from within the organization itself: the administration now has insight into where the invoices are, and the approvers can now approve the invoices when and where they wish. There’s even time left for other activities!” Hartog cheerfully concludes.
